    Im so disappointed with my ground game and how terrible i am at it. My striking is phenomenal according to my coaches but once wrestling gets involved im like a helpless fucking baby. I almost want to quit mma and just do a striking art. But im not quitter
  • This guy is all cap. This guy knows exercises for all sports and professions but he aint never played or coach 90% of those sports.Just random "shot in the dark "advice.

    In all honestly I don’t think the squat is good for grappling at all. Deadlift yes, but having done grappling it made my legs big and heavier to lift. Whereas my deadlift I could pick guys up easier then ever and if needed in a subpar position for leverage. For grappling I probably wouldn’t even do squat when I can do deadlift
