I’m not an introvert but I can strongly relate. I had difficulties with the easement of the lockdown because I’ve been avoiding going out and making plans with my friends. I’ve gotten so used to having cosy weekends with my partner 🙃

Gosh when you talked about lockdown lifting and your feelings about plans/ friends it hit me so hard. I have felt like that for so long. I don’t have many friends and certainly not the close best friends like when I was younger. Making friends as an adult is so difficult and very lonely sometimes. Thank you for making that loneliness a little lighter for me, if only whilst watching your video :) ❤️

Gemma I am the exact same. I’m 28 and I was worried about the fact I had absolutely no plans out of lockdown. The inner voice was like ‘people will think you are weird, people will think you are a loner, people will think you have no friends’ but the truth is I love being at home. This lockdown has made people think that because they haven’t been out in so long that the norm is to go out but when you are a home bod you shouldn’t change just because society thinks you should. I was actually crying with you when you were talking because I have never resonated so much with what someone said about lockdown so much and it honestly it was heartwarming to hear someone be so honest about it. You saying this has really made me realise I don’t need to feel bad for feeling this way. I’ll be at home with my snacks, tea and Netflix thank you! 😂 lots of love with the new brand as well ❤️❤️❤️
