Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

    15, 181 lbs 5’7 cant wait to lose all my extra weight! Day 1: haven’t excercised in a WHILE, could barley stretch or do anything because of how stiff I was, but I felt lots of burning in my core so I knew I was doing something right 😂 DAY 2: LIKE TO REMIND ME!
  • I started today and it awesome , let’s see my growth in a week , I want to do this workout for 21 days , so I will update 21 days in here Day 1 : ✅ (31st march) Day 2 : ✅ (1st april) Day 3 : ✅ (2nd april ) Day 4: ✅ (3rd april) Day 5: ✅ (4th april) Day 6: ✅ (5th april) Day 7: ✅ (6th April) I can actually see some changes and not so evident changes , however we can see that if I work out for 21 days there might be evident changes Day 8: ✅ (7th April) Day 9: ✅ (8th April) Day 10 : ❌( got my periods and couldnt do it) Day 10 : ✅ (10th April) Day 11 : ✅ (11th April) Day 12 : ✅ (12th April) Day 13 : ✅ (13th April) Day 14 : ✅ (14th April) I can see changes , and it is visible , and the exercise became so much easier than the first week , it was not at all an hassle to complete the exercise as it was more convenient and on top of that , I can see changes , and initial abs formation as well 💪💪 Day 15 :✅️ (15th April)

  • today is my day 3...shits hard, but its worth it you guys. i use to just wanna have a flat stomach , but now I'm aiming for a healthy lifestyle. remember consistency is key.
