Do you reckon you know how far 10k is? Well enough to guess when you’ve run it? Well that’s what Jess, Sarah, James and Tom are trying to do in this challenge. They have to turn alerts off on their watch and cover it up, and then stop running when they think they’ve hit 10k. Closest person to 10k, WINS!

↓↓ How close will they get to 10k? How well do you think you could do this challenge? Let us know! ↓↓

Got to love how it's no watches allowed, so Jess just ran to Big Ben instead😂
  • I know the big reveal of the winner is supposed to be at the end but I actually think it would be more fun if there was a live graphic at the bottom showing where each runner is during the video so we can tell how far off they are when they are talking to the camera 😂
  • @dagma3437
Using the clicker idea while trying to run, click and talk at the same time was hilarious

Here is a challenge suggestion, each of you take an average established runner and train them using the techniques you demo. The winner would be the one whose student has the most improved time on a 5 or 10K. It would be a great series

Jess DEFINITELY looked at her watch during the “Emergency Contact” dilemma 😂😂😂
  • @josiahjray
I think Jess being able to see the time on Big Ben was borderline. She even said she just ran for an hour lol.

the editing was super good on this one, swapping between everyone was really fun and natural!

I have a challenge for you. You all run the same 10k on a trail (with elevation changes). The only info you get is when your watch indicates the end. So no time, pace distance etc. The winner is the one that is in zone 2 for the most percentage of the run. This should be done alone so no pacing of other participants. Run only by feel.

"if I hit Dover, ive gone too far!" Killed me 🤣 just a bit Sarah hahaha
  • @feka2983
The 1 rule was no looking at watches and Jess broke it! Even if she was stopping an emergency contact, she would've seen her distance and time first. James is the real winner!
  • I totally feel for James running the marathon in lockdown. I ran a half marathon in my quarantine hotel room in Sydney (14 days solitary confinement). It was 8m from door to window so I ran backwards and forwards 2600-2700 times. I did get a little dizzy. It took me 2 and a half hours and I live-streamed the entire thing to entertain others in a facebook group who were also similarly detained... and posted a time-lapse compression of the whole event for others to enjoy! 🤣 For what its worth I think the step counting method was the right way to go. Jess just got VERY lucky

As ludicrous as James idea to track his run sounds, it’s actually super smart and accurate 😂😂😅
  • The real challenge was not looking at a clock or a watch. James’ clicker was hilarious and I wanted him to win so much. Sarah I feel your pain, I think I’d run way over too. Well done 🤩

3 things, This channel is definitely entertaining to watch, turning the simplest of challenges into something I want to keep watching. Secondly it helped me over 12 months ago to get back into running after a few years off..... And lastly, I love the fact the hosts are normal people, sure an elite athlete could start a channel with crazy workouts beyond the average Joe, but the runs/challenges are what anyone could get out and give them a go. Keep up the good work, always looking forward to the next video.

Had a laugh when Sarha said "i'm not a cheater" This reminded me of another running persoanlity and her 26 mile Marathon.
  • @nigeharrison9528
Love these challenges. Next challenge. On running track. Who can walk nearest to 100m, blindfolded. Bonus points for the one who stays in lane or even on the track.
  • @jennabutler6304
Love the way this was edited with the funny comments, music, etc. Great job!
  • @meglomaniac
