Meet Erin! The incredible 6 year old who has Heart Disease, Kidney Disease, Liver Disease, Vasculitis, Severe Hypertension, she has also had Neutropenic Sepsis twice and after a huge haemorrhage in June 2017. Erin has to date received 107 blood and blood product transfusions.
