This is it! This video is a summary of all the love and dedication for the saga, a massive tribute to Terra, Ventus and Aqua and their story. This episode alone took 5 days of editing and it's, so far, the one that took the most attention to details. Not being able to disable the background musics during gameplay was the main reason for which I had to put countless hours of editing, all for the sake of flow and continuity.
There are a lot of references and callbacks that make this episode even more special and emotional than it already is. I'm sorry if this one turned out longer than usual, but it will be worth it!

KINGDOM HEARTS TIMELINE is an incredibly massive project I've been wanting to do forever. The only thing that was stopping me from actually working on it was the still-incomplete plot of the χ[chi] portion of the whole saga, which is also the most confusing one. However, I did want to deliver this before the release of KINGDOM HEARTS 3, so we could have the perfect road to the final chapter of the Xehanort saga at our disposal and relive, together, all of the chapters in a definitive and never-seen-before way.
KINGDOM HEARTS TIMELINE is, in fact, different by any other playthroughs or projects around because it is composed of all the Kingdom Hearts titles released so far placed in chronological order. Beware – the events are actually settled chronologically. Which means that every single cutscene and/or gameplay part will follow the exact order of the events of the saga. For instance, the birth of Vanitas will be shown before the Mark of Mastery exam, and so on.
Every episode will start with a screen showing a complete timeline I created purposely for this project.

KINGDOM HEARTS TIMELINE doesn't want to be a simple movie made of cutscenes. If It were to be like that, there wouldn't be anything special about it. This project actually started as a playthrough, giving, of course, priority to story content.
Sitting and watching a 25 minutes video made of cutscenes we've been watching for a decade is just as boring as anything else. Gameplay bits have been thoughtfully placed to make sure you won't fall asleep when watching, giving their contribute for a more immersive experience. They are necessary for keeping people interested and entertained in a never-seen-before way to re-live the saga, watching multiple characters fighting at the same time, as well as showcasing the worlds and the variety of enemies we'll encounter through all the titles.
Boss battles are still what people look forward to the most in a Kingdom Hearts playthrough, and this project won't be exception.
Finding the right balance is not easy and not always possible –due to countless technical restrictions related to music, episode length and such– just as it's not easy having everyone thinking alike. Of course, I can't make everyone happy, but I did want to point this out.

Lastly, I want you guys to know that the amount of effort being put for this is massive. There are countless hours of work and dedication I've spent (and still spending) for this, for something we all love and care about. My channel is, after all, always been made of this – content that will grant you one of the best levels of knowledge and enjoyment of the Kingdom Hearts saga – and, as much as it's stressful having to translate every Japanese Union χ [Cross] episode, I still do that to deliver the latest story updates of the saga for you.
My main goal is working as much professionally as I can and add details where normally people wouldn't add. Not liking a content is totally fine, whereas insulting and posting offensive comment is not. There is nothing worse than spending your own time to show dedication for something we all love and see offensive reactions coming back at you. For this whole project to be completed, suggestions and questions coming from fans are well accepted and needed. If you do think this deserves appreciation, leaving a Like on the video is more than enough to me. Thank you for reading all of this, and please enjoy!

What an emotional episode. I love the final meeting between Aqua and Terra while "Foreteller's Case" played in the background--that was so clever taking into consideration the setting. The use of the CGI Fate of the Unknown battle while weaving in Xehanort's maniacal laugh and the BBS trio's quotes (with the KHO version of the music) was nothing short of incredible. The shared Trinity Limits between Terra/Aqua/Ven was so GOOD. The triple Aerial Slam! Ven and Aqua's strength combining and causing the shattering of the X-blade! Every single detail in the editing between the trio's respective battles, and the accompanying musical score, is so clearly thought out that it makes for such an enjoyable finale on the BBS story

When Everglows recap videos are WAY better than Square Enix official recap videos.
  • @BlaxeFrost-X
the last trinity hurted a lot! "that was the last night we spend together beneath the same stars" 10/10

I’m glad you got the order of the X-blade fight correct, it’s Ventus destroying the X-blade form within is what allowed it to be shattered soo easily on the outside, not only it’s obvious cause the order of the battles is Terra>Ventus>Aqua, also it was even confirmed by melody of Memory that Ventus was fighting Vanitas in the inside the same time Aqua fought Ventus-Vanitas.

My god, I knew this part was going to be incredible. The way you used the CG cutscene was amazing, and that part when Aqua and VenVan clash and Darkness of the Unknown swells right at the same moment, hOLY SHIT I got serious chills. There's so much more, but bravo you to you man. Your editing skills are always so good and you should be proud of yourself for this episode, and even more proud of this series as a whole. (Also, thank you for keeping that scene transition from the HD Chronicles where Terranort gives his speech and then Aqua wakes up in a fright, I always loved that part).
  • This episode is a love letter to this franchise. I can see how much you love it by the dedication that you put here. P.S. X-blade

I like how in this video Terra's Trinity Limits don't have the blinding white flash like the others up until he's fighting to regain his own body.

This isn’t a good episode I’m sorry to say... Instead this episode is a MASTERPIECE!! HOLY S*IT!! This is easily you best piece of work for the timeline so far! The battle was amazingly edited and this really made me emotional.. This episode was extremely worth the wait and this is an excellent way to start wrapping up BBS. This makes me excited for the Aqua vs Terranort fight.. GG man!
  • 30:44 Terra: I feel like having a cape all of a sudden. In all serious, Everglow, this is the best episode of Timeline yet. Keep it up.
  • @JustAG905
When Xehanort showed up in this episode, the thought of Booray got me again! Lmao

7:38 Master Xehanort: X-BLADE! Translation: “Let the heart breaking commence...!!!”
  • @KEEYBLADE
This video is a masterpiece. Can't stop crying because of the emotions and the horrible fate the 3 characters have.
  • @DavidRussell323
one thing I always appreciated about "My Heart's Descent" and its use here when Xehanort takes over Terra at 21:20 is how empty and hollow the synths make Destati sound. It creates such a dark atmosphere--the perfect track for this moment in the story!
  • @P.Mahoney
26:49 GOOSEBUMPS OVERLOAD! This is easily my favourite episode of the series. The voice lines in battle, the edits between battles and the perfect placement and choices of Orchestra tracks made this video an absolute masterpiece. Definitely go down as one of the highlights of this series.
  • @RevolvingCube
Forget Terra fighting darkness inside Terra having a crisis on rather to stay CG or in game graphics.
  • @adamisme5939
The editing in this series is freaking masterful.
  • @riiriri2053
Wow... just wow. This is probably my favourite episode yet in the Timeline Saga. Down to the editing and the timing of the background music.... this whole episode was just godly. Just perfect score choices for every single scene. And the editing for the cutscene is just.... GRAAAHHHH!!! Everything is so timed perfectly, I can't imagine how much work you put into it. I watched your old edit of this scene from your BBS Chronicles and wow, what an improvement. Really appreciate the amount of effort you put in it to make it perfect. Also really love the touches you did with Ventus recalling Terra and Aqua's lines when they were encouraging him during their training days and remembering their faces for the final time during the last attack. Just knowing he may never see them again hurts so good. That final insert of BBS trio saying "That'll be the last night we ever spent beneath the same stars" gave me goosebumps. Nothing but praise for this whole video, your love for this series really shows in your videos. If Kingdom Hearts ever became an anime, I hope they hire you.
