30 DAYS to get 30 sec HANDSTANDS?!

I tried practicing handstands when I was younger, but only got to the point of holding one while constantly moving around.

For the past 30 days, I gave myself an arbitrary goal of holding a handstand for 30 seconds. I aimed to practice for at least 10 minutes a day but I ended up missing a few days due to being sick.

These are my results.

    Nice work! It's hard enough to hold it for 30 seconds with the wall. My goal is to eventually hold it for just a few seconds without the wall, and eventually no floor either. Wish me luck, please!
