It worked....thank you very much for sharing this video. I stayed up last night until 4AM to turn off my car alarm at random pace. Then I got fed up went online and found this video. It worked like magic!

Thank you for this video. This worked for about 4 months for me but today the alarm started r going off again. So I will reapply the degreaser and brake cleaner

OMG! It worked!!! Man thank you so much. I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Galant and I drove through a huge puddle in the road. Since then I haven’t got any sleep unless I unhooked the battery. But this tutorial did the trick! I only spent about $7 on those cans and it worked like a charm. I sprayed the 1st bottle, waited 15 minutes then used a old toothbrush to brush away old gunk and then hit it with can #2. It look hella cleaner too. 🙏🏾

Any other cleaner you recommend. Car horn/alarm goes off all the way to the auto store and would like to avoid.

Great tip, thank you. Do you have any suggestion on how to fix or reset an aftermarket key fob? The one I have, when pressing the unlock button, only unlocks the passenger side and not the driver side door. Also the key itself will not unlock the passenger side. The key only unlocks the driver side door. I have a 2016 Nissan Frontier Kingcab S.

Sound like that might be the problem with my Tahoe... A few days ago, I filled the windshield fluid, and since the alarm keeps going off for no reason.
