I am 34 years old, and have been a doctor in the UK for 10 years. I have 2 kids, a single parent and I have been revising with your channel for the past couple of months for my first exam in over 10 years which is on Thursday. I have never (even 16years ago when I started medical school!) understood the topics as well as I do now. You are amazing and I am so grateful, so glad I found your channel. If I pass this exam its down to you. Trying to revise, single parent, work, and be present is just so hard. You have turned this around for me. Thank you.
  • You are just helping the medical students without having any charge. You are great

Hey! You guys have genuinely made Med school so much better, and I’ve learnt so much more from you than my actual medical school lectures. THANK YOU. Giant donation coming to this channel in a few years when I become a resident, lots of love

I'm a nursing student and I can always count on you to give me a deeper understanding of how things work. You do it in such an engaging way; your eyes, smiles, excitement, your whole being tells us you enjoy teaching us. Thank you so much ❤

I can't believe I just watched a 1 hour lecture on metabolic disorders at midnight on a Monday evening...on purpose... Because they're well explained, interesting and engaging enough that I can actually understand it even though I'm tired lol
  • You're making my life so easy. You're legit the best teacher I've ever come across. May Allah bless you with the best. Ameen 🥺🥺🥺
  • @KT-ki7oo
I seriously wish I had a fraction of your skill in explaining complex subject in simpler terms and your amazing ability to retain complicated information. You guys are awesome.

This is the best video on the internet about this topic. Thank you so much! I FINALLY understood that!!!!
  • it's amazing to see that all students from all around the world are watching your videos. I was struggling with ABG interpretation but you've made everything easy to understand. Thank you so much. Greetings from Algeria.

It’s rare that you see a video on YouTube without a dislike. I think that speaks volumes toward the accuracy of the knowledge you put out in these well-organized videos.
  • @mm_me
You have honestly made med school easy for me. I love watching these videos and I’ve learnt so much from you ,over the years, even when I was a pre med student.
  • Can I hug you 😭 I was crying and feeling depressed because I couldn't understand this topic, you're a life saver, THANK YOU
  • @anfalmadaci9888
I don't know how but this is the third time you know I'm struggling with something and you post a video about it! Thank you so much.
  • I've found a YouTube channel I'll ALWAYS watch. Thank you so much professor Zach! As an English-Speaking Cameroonian who studied medicine in French, I went through med school without understanding many of these concepts. With this channel, I feel like I'm going through med school all over again! Such a wonderful experience!
  • I just had to put a like before watching this video because u r never disappointing.
  • @user-sq3ls6sj7i

  • @hkgrl71
This is the clearest and most easily comprehensible way I've seen blood gases explained. Thank you so much for doing this!

Amazing video ❤️ Correction related to delta ratio < 1 : due to a mixed NAGMA + HAGMA 1-2 : due to a pure HAGMA
