  • Im a wr and but I also run 100s, 200s and ive been doing these drills for almost a month now and the progress is insane i really appreciate you putting this vid together i went from in the 100m- 10.92 to 10.77 and in the 200m- 21.89 to 21.06, imma keep working and getting better but this vid helped a whole lot 🙏🏾.
