    This guy is a power hitter. Knocks it outta the park! Definitely a cut above all the rest. This is a special place, for celebrating special occasions. It must be expensive to have this caliber of chef and a beautiful assistant give you all of their attention, but I’m quite sure it is worth every penny.

    Amazing work. All thing is extremely clean, I think this is Japanese professionalism. Actually they like having raw fish very much, but this is also an art, there a lot of cut arts and forms for the fishes. I don't know, maybe I would try it, but I like better when a fish roasted, grilled and so on.
