Foreclosure fees has local judge steaming mad

I sued Wells Fargo for the exact same thing and won!

As soon as they said wells Fargo I knew what the problem was.....

Bank steals from a citizen = no punishment..citizen steals from bank = life imprisonment...sounds fair

I’m glad that judge is putting her foot down. Great lady thank you. She’s doing the job she was elected too and doing it right.

Wells Fargo needs to be shut down

Any firm found guilty of this should forfeit the foreclosure, that will soon stop them.

Give a man a gun, he'll rob a bank. Give a man a bank, he'll rob the world.

Lawyers should be charged with fraud when they do this. And banks should loose any rights they have to property when such fraud occurs.

Wells Fargo did the same crap with me with my car years ago. If you pursue it deeply or threaten legal action, they simply say it was a clerical error and everything magically fixes itself.

It is theft by paper work, we call that FRAUD!

The judge should be putting those lawyers in prison their just thieves.

Congratulations, we finally have an honest Judge who wants to kick ass. We need more like that.

I bought my house for cash several years ago. There was a note on the property. Wells Fargo gave us an amount and a date to pay by which was around 20 days. I paid within 7 days. The title company did their thing. I checked the county records about 2 months later and saw a bank listed on my property. Wells Fargo gave us a date, then sold the note to another bank a few days later, and they cashed my check. It's funny when you send a fax with the proper documentation and mention the words fraud and attorney how fast they become attentive and polite.

This is bleeding into every type of law. When you go to get a divorce the 1st thing the lawyer asks you is to list your assets. It's not to divide them, it's to see how much they can get from you. They will do as much unnecessary work as your budget allows.

Fraud is just another word for greed.Just like fee is another word for tax.

The bank officials should be fired as well as the process server! The lawyers should be charged with fraud and lose their law licenses. I would then personally sue them for as much money as I could get for committing fraud!
