  • I don’t kow how you live without coffee, i used to drink it first when I wake up, but it hurt my gut health and body, for a month or so i trained my self to only drink it after coffee and today i woke up early to go to University and my body was okay until i drank it at 12 with breakfast, i was amazed (usually i eat food 30 mins after i wake just to drink coffee and today i couldn’t that why im shocked) but not drinking it at all i can’t imagine it
