supersets = two movement patterns consisting of opposing muscle groups or one lower body movement followed by one upper body movement. it’s important to emphasize that you are not trying to recreate swim/bike/run movement patterns in the gym as this can & will lead to overuse injury. and that we DO want to perform large compound movements as they create force production.

Tim would be a good trainer. Looking at the body as one holistic piece is rare to find and unfortunately many injury specialists focus only on stretching that injury after it heals.

Very useful, thanks. I'd recommend eccentric exercises for triathletes (or any athlete), purely because the wear and tear on tendons can be huge with the sport.
