I'm just hella impressed at how she didn't once give AF about the people walking around in the background. That's a superhero skill I don't have. Lololol - lots of great advice here!

    1. Breathe out of stomach 2. Go slower than you think and think of your run in chunks 3. Find conversation pace 4. Walk when you need to 5. Actively work on endurance/excercise
  • "Rest as long as you need each round" ... Does first set "Phew man" 2 years later "Finally ready to do my second set"

  • When I was younger and smaller I was able to run a mile on average 7 or 8 minutes. Now I’m like 17 and a lot bigger and I have softball tryouts next week 😭 and I need this

My problem is my legs they start to die then I want to walk
  • That breathing method works! I have been trying to run for years and was always unsuccessful. I started inhaling and exhaling through my nose during my day, at first it caused panic but it got better. When I added running to my workout it made it so much easier. Now I'm training for my first 5k.

I did half a marathon Monday...something I thought wouldn't be achieved. Just proves I can accomplish anything i put my mind to. 😌 🙏
  • You guys, these are some tips from someone who cut their mile 2 minutes in 1 try: Practice jogging for a straight 5 min, this will help you find a good pace you can maintain for a while. Practice 5 minute jogs!! Try keeping that pace for the 1st 2 laps on your mile. Slow down if needed on the third lap, and really push yourself to the end on the last lap Hope this works! I am a really bad runner and i cut my 13 minute mile to 11 minutes. Im still working at it!!
