The difference between Kay and Jack is that Kay is willing to take constructive criticism and is willing to learn and try again. She admits her cooking isn't perfect. She doesn't have the huge unearned ego that jack has.
  • Nobody dies in the video, and yet the viewers get to experience every single stage of grief! Thank you Jack, we couldn't have done it without you.

It's awesome how Chef James' accent changes to british when saying pork and beans. Just goes to show how many places he's lived in during his career!
  • @Poke-ladd
From what I heard Jack has had severe food poisoning and his “products” are kind of collector items
  • @ragenav8380
I think Jack just invented a new laxative with that "bean salad"

As far as your Cooking with Jack pilgrimage goes, you still have a few more stops before completion: 1. More chicken videos, for example his dry/wet brine chicken videos (you already know how they end lmao) 2. The Church Chilli video 3. The greatest culinary creation of all time: Aunt Myrna's Party Cheese Salad Good luck, we'll be rooting for you 👍

Happy New Year! I love how you always stay calm in your videos but when you review Jake's cooking you suddenly become passive-aggressive. LOL

There's a Malaysian Chinese stew that are similar to this called Chai Buey (roughly translate to leftover dishes) or mustard green stew, where we cook the leftovers (mainly meat), but we don't just throw anything we have in it, the base is made with pickled mustard greens, fresh mustard greens, dried chili and dried asam gelugur (tamarind slices). It's a spicy acidic dish that are usually made after Chinese New Year Eve dinner (which leftovers are plenty).

I ate buttered shrimp and biko ( a sticky rice dessert) before watching this. I'm a pre-medical student so I can tolerate disgusting things but this is different. And for the canned food being bloated, it has a very good chance that bacteria grew inside because of bad packaging and it could send someone to the E.R. and it also smells like sewege water mixed with freshly drop wet diaper. Love the reactions though Chef

I genuinely believe Jack isn't lying and thinks that his food is the best thing he's ever tasted.

I remember from secondary school when I was in a cooking class it was vital to clean as you go while preparing food to manage in saving time and reduce idalling (as in doing nothing). My teacher gave me a firm telling off for leaving dirty, unused utensils and mixing bowls in the sink after ive finished cooking, saying its caveman behaviour and shows no consideration for myself and for others. Though she has long since passed since a few years ago, i cannot get her firm scolding out of my mind everytime, but it taught me on being accountable and caring when it comes to preparing food and cleaning up equipment to ensure lasting reusability.

Not only bulging tops on cans but you also need to be careful with cans with dents in them .
  • @paulf3342
I like how Chef James provides tips on cooking. It’s insightful and appreciated.

James, you have come so far with your channel. You seem so much more relaxed and look like you're having a lot more fun than in your earlier videos. So happy to see you loosen up a bit and have some fun :)

we can review thousands of videos labelled "the worst cooking" but let us be honest here. The people who are at fault are the ones who engage with this content and encourage creators like Jack and Kate to put more of it out by watching and subscribing. This leads me to believe that there a a LOT of people cooking like this at home with Jack and Katye being among the few that have the courage to put themselves out there.
  • @dixonjohn2952
I BEAT THE NOTIFICATION BY ALREADY SCROLLING ON YOUR CHANNEL MUAHAHHAHAHA
  • @pokebros6416
Happy New Year James!! Please remember James isn’t trying to attack Jack, he’s only giving his point of view as a professional Chef(spoiler alert there’s nothing about Jack’s videos that’s very… positive). Also I’m pretty sure Jack didn’t have any knife skills back when the Salad video came out so he had to use a Slap chopper. Edit: Another thing is that Jack’s channel was made around the time YouTube was created so I’d say most of his Subscribers are to say the least MIA.
  • I watch your videos regularly because I love to see your reactions but this one has to be my favourite. I loved how you were expressive yet so calm and the fact you're warming up to the camera or you're audience day by day. Keep up the amazing work and lastly Happy New year 🎊

PSA: You cannot cook out the germs... Bad food is often Moldy and spore toxins are not destroyed while cooking.
