These two are prime examples of privilege. They got all these breaks and still think they are owed more or should be treated differently. It’s business and they talking about treating him like a son .

I laugh at the plaintiffs dad. The owner gave his son numerous breaks but he is too ignorant to see that. Owner was under no obligation to reduce rent at any time and yet he did. His greed showed when he upped his lawsuit trying to get more from the owner. Most businesses fail within the first year or two. Get a clue dad.

I understand the Landlord because anywhere I have rented I have been responsible for keeping the area clean and safe. I think that the dad told him not to clean up the debris from outside.
