The dad is the jerk. I believe he is a bully as the defendant claimed. Nobody thinks you or your son are in the right.

I laugh at the plaintiffs dad. The owner gave his son numerous breaks but he is too ignorant to see that. Owner was under no obligation to reduce rent at any time and yet he did. His greed showed when he upped his lawsuit trying to get more from the owner. Most businesses fail within the first year or two. Get a clue dad.
