With everything that's happened in 2020, one of the biggest things to rant about is a man wearing a dress?
  • @laurenmac1999
the fact that he literally says that children are trained to be “masculine” or “feminine” implies that these gender roles are literally constructed
  • I’m a woman who doesn’t have children and also has punched someone in the face I guess I’m a man
  • @andreaf8404
also candace owens criticizing harry styles for wearing a dress, when she constantly wears suits... girl bye
  • Ben: "Unlike you lefty snowflakes, I'm not so easily offended 😎" Also ben: "Why music man wear dress 😣"
  • @455els
I don't think punching people in the face should be called "masculine". I think it should be called rude.

transphobes: wearing a dress doesn’t make you a woman! also transphobes: how dare a man wear a dress, he’s basically a woman now!
  • As a scientist-in-training, it literally hurts me to see “science” being thrown around so carelessly. Wtf does a dress have anything to do with biology??
  • @luana_t
"In every species, the females bare the children" Seahorses: Am I a joke to you?
  • i don’t think he realizes that female mammals are usually more aggressive... and they usually are the ones defending the children... not the males.
  • "Some behavior is more masculine, like punching people in the face." Weird example Shapiro

It's not just historically, men still continue to wear skirts-like garments all across the world like in regions of India. Mundu and lungi are still very common sights in Kerala. In my village going from wearing pants to a mundu is like a sign of growing up and going from a boy into a man.

I hate when conservatives use the term “toxic masculinity” because they almost always do so incorrectly and as a way to build a straw man argument to claim that the left hates masculine men. We’re not saying masculinity is inherently toxic, Ben, we’re saying that the expectations put on men to BE masculine is toxic. No one is going “oh you like football, that makes you a bad person” we’re going “expecting men to suppress emotions and never cry makes you a bad person”

"gender is biological" says the people mad over clothes, a social construct
  • "Men in dresses is wayyy too feminine" *All the men before 1800 "Are we a joke to you?"
