    I really like garlic, mushrooms, onions, red, green and yellow peppers and lots more vegetables and I really like coleslaw and before I started following your channel I did not eat any vegetables but now I am eating more vegetables and I lost weight over Christmas period and I am still losing weight and thank you Dr Eric Berg for teaching me and everyone else about what is in food these days

  • Copper is super important! Specially if you have white spots in your nails. Some think it’s due to zinc deficiency when it fact it can be low copper. You start giving patients copper and their white spots disappear (leukonychia)

  • Pistachios have high copper. 40% per serving. I eat them like crazy. I also do a lot of powder mixes from Country Farms. I also drink the five college mix.
