Copper is super important! Specially if you have white spots in your nails. Some think it’s due to zinc deficiency when it fact it can be low copper. You start giving patients copper and their white spots disappear (leukonychia)

One of the oldest Ayurvedic methods is, get a copper jug from an Indian store, fill with water, leave overnight and drink early in the morning. Do not mix acidic substance like lemon vinegar etc. And remember, good copper gets oxidizes and turns dark. If it doesn’t, then it’s not a good copper. It can be rubbed regularly with with lemon and salt to get the shine back.

You said to take it with zinc but, the Mayo clinic says to take it 2 hours apart. What are your thoughts on this, Dr Berg?
