this video was created with the intent to educate on lower surgery for transgender individuals. this surgery is deemed medically necessary for many reasons, not purely sexual reasons. this video focuses on aspects other than the sexual ones.

hi everyone, yes... this is exactly what it seems lol. i wanted to make this video to help any of my trans sisters out there, or even anyone else that's curious, and give my honest experience having my gender-affirming surgery. i've kept some stuff to myself, and it really isn't fair- so here you go! let me know in the comments if you still have questions :)

Girl, I'm cis and I still worry a guy is gonna think i dont look good down there. The way people have decided a vaginal should look isn't the way the majority of women look. Your anxiety about your vaginal appearance is just part of being a woman. ā¤ thanks for sharing your story. So intense. I cant believe how much you went through. I hope everything is going well with you physically, mentally, and emotionally. new subscriber

Thank you so much for sharing! Resources like these with honest testimonials are SO important. Thank you for everything you do girl! ā™„ļø

Thanks for this. My girlfriend is trans and I am constantly worried about her mental state. This is helpful. I don't know if she is going to be a non-op type or not (don't really care), but I find this to be helpful insight.

I couldnt relate more to you Samantha! From one trans youtuber to another, talking about it openly is so important and I loved the way you described the whole situation. Relatable af! Its funny cuz almost any girl has different complications down there post-op. I had to delay my flight with 3 weeks because they had to RE-insert the catheter due to an urethra inflamation. Even 2 years after surgery I struggle with a chronic UTI, but its not because of the surgery itself. It could happen to any other girl that used a catheter. Like you, I had to go to college 1 month after surgery and it was horror! I could barely sit on a chair, let alone walk normally. But I feel like these experiences we have make us unique, stronger, and they really show how much we can fight for our truth. I love you so much! ā¤

This sounds intensely traumatic, sending love to you.
  • I've had the surgery... at the end of the day it is the most painful thing to put yourself through, mentally and physically. The surgery is all about commitment What you put into it is what you will get out of it. Just like anything in life.
  • Being a good trans ally is always my intent, and I know that for some trans people they would rather not speak about this subject as it is their body, not the publics. So I'd just like to say thank you for being open about this to educate others on this topic through your experiences.

Girl, trust....even for a WHOLE LOT of women trans or not, its hard to get off. We are more mindful. Sex isn't just "thrust, pump, enjoy" lol. Seems like a lot of emotion and thoughts are all mingled in there. So you are not alone. Try some mindful yoga, it can help clear your mind. Good luck babe. You are gorgeous, funny, smart and sarcastic....you are perfection! šŸ˜˜

that sounded so painful but im so happy for you that you're all healthy and you've got what you wanted now!!
  • @JessicaDK1996
I guess Iā€™m feeling horrible as a CIS girl to hear what you had to go through just to feel and be who you were meant to be. You are so brave and beautiful. Also , I think a lot of women worry about what they ā€œ look like down thereā€ ..at least I have on occasion. We are all so different. Much love!šŸ’•

Anyone who things being transgender is a choice needs to talk to people who have to go through all this pain just to feel comfortable with their own body!
  • @simills7495
I truly can't believe why people are so anti trans...Try being anti - poverty, homelessness, war..any number of things..But not anti people feeling comfortable in our own bodies...Seriously, what is wrong with people in this world! :-(
  • @janold0808
Thanks for being so honest!!! It is probably really hard to go through everything you went through and it's a real testament to your strength that you can talk about the difficult times of your life so openly!!
  • @kt114
These kinds of videos are so important. Iā€™m sure you were uneasy about putting something so personal on the internet but itā€™s important for other people thinking about getting the surgery to know what theyā€™re in for. And also just for people to learn about life as a mtf trans woman. Doctors sometimes sugar coat things or donā€™t talk about certain important details so itā€™s good to get the account and perspective of someone thatā€™s been through it. Iā€™m sorry you had to go through such a difficult process but I hope ultimately itā€™s worth it. šŸ’œ
  • Thanks for sharing! I am FTM and I canā€™t imagine having bottom surgery. I would take the results in a second! I would spend any money I had in a second. I feel like some body parts yell ā€œthis is wrongā€ constantly. But the surgery part. Thereā€™s just so much of it involved below the waist. Like you explain, complications might not happen, but they might. You have to be mentally prepared for major surgery. I am not. Maybe I will be one day. I think you are brave. I think everyone who commits to these types of surgeries are brave. I think it is important to tell other trans people the truth because we canā€™t make good decisions without the truth.
  • @windowsxp7823
I hope that in the future, the process becomes less painful and difficult, because this really sounds like hell, you need a lot of strenght to be able to go through this. You are very strong ā™”

I thought SRS was supposed to cure dysphoria but instead it creates all new dyshorpia.
  • @jayciekemp2135
You really inspired me sis. I'm not trans, but I've gone through some things recently. I keep coming back to this video because it reminds me to never give up, like you did. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us and reminding me to never give up. Love you <3
