Love your workouts the compound moves with aome isol moves with some boydweight and alittle cardio and combos in every workout 🙌getting it all in each workpit through week ❤😊iv been doing the programs in the app then will move to the weekly calendars and ill add this to my extra list or if on vaction or sore to do !!
