  • ok im starting this tomorrow DAY1-done!!! DAY2-done! DAY3-done! DAY4-done! DAY5-done! DAY6-done! DAY7-ugh forgot to do I FEEL GUILTY DAY8-done! DAY9-done! DAY10-OMG YESSSS DONE!     I started this program about 6 months ago (3 years postpartum) and wish I would have taken a before picture, because this ab routine has literally changed my stomach. I've combined this with running and it has become my go-to for keeping my abs toned. Such an effective workout!

    Remember guys she is a professional. She probably has been working out for a while. It’s ok to take breaks! it’s better to take breaks and get the whole workout in, than be exhausted and not do the full workout. Good luck besties <3

    EVERYONE THIS WORKOUT HELPS SO MUCH!!, i had done this for a bout 5 days then stopped and it has been really hard to get into the routine again today is my first day! (again) but just from that 5 days it has really helped, i was wearing my swimmers and someone made a comment on how they could see the results and i'm doing really good, if no one has told you that i will keep going and i really encourage this woork out, you are doing amazing and i really home you don't give up!! the results are worth it

    After doing these exercises since February, I have lost 30 pounds! The results will come through in time. You just have to keep pushing yourself positivity! If there is a will there is a way!     I lost my brother last week. When he was alive he wanted to help me to lose weight because that’s what i always wanted as well (just never had the motivation) He started doing workouts with me but sadly he isn’t here with me anymore and my motivation is gone again. But i’ve come to conclusion that i have to do this because it’s healthier for me and he’d want the same for me. IM DOING THIS I JUST NEED TO REMEMBER BECAUSE I ALWAYS FORGET. EDIT: Hey guys it’s april 7th , i just wanted to say thank you so much for all the supporting and comforting comments. As a person i’ve always been scared to share my stories with the world because i fear that people might think of me as an attention seeker. Anyways, So back when i posted this comment i will admit… i didn’t start exercising right away. in fact i had lost all my motivation and i had gotten a job so i didn’t really have much time. (or at least that was my excuse.) Before, i weighed 206… Right now i weigh 236. I’m not sure how i gained the pounds but my body still looks the same. BUT HEY , last month (march) i started being consistent with my workouts. I started to understand that it’s not that i don’t love my body, i just want to take better care of it. !!!! I’m an introvert so it’s very hard for me to step into a room full of people… only because i feel like the entire room is staring at me hehe… But, i managed to go to the gym and i’m still going till this day. I’m only doing 30 mins a day because i honestly don’t know wtf to do when i get in there… and the trainers aren’t trainers. 💔 but One more time , I truly appreciate each and everyone of you for the kind comments about my brother. I’m at peace with his passing now. We have his Urn in our living room and every time i pass him i always remember that he’s there with me at all times. I will admit, i read each of your comments and each time someone new commented, It gave me so much motivation . So each time Im about to give up on a workout, i remind myself that you guys are there for me too. You guys are amazing i hope you guys achieve your goals as well. Much luck to everyone. Don’t push yourself. Baby steps. It’s a journey not a race. 🤍
