Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we canβt choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.
The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I donβt believe in crazy fad diets. Simply eat nutritious food, move your body, smile and enjoy the journey!

This work out doesn't feel like 10 mins. It is so relaxing as well. I like the fact that I don't feel as if I am dying after HAHAHAHAHA so my brain does not despise it. It doesn't feel the need to protect me, on the otherhand it anticipates the relief and feel good sensation I will feel after. This is something I can do on a regularly basis. Thank you Lily!π

Im not really seeing people talk about their changes in the comments section, so I might as well do it myself. Goal: Toning myself Current Weight: 139 pounds Day 1: β οΈ I felt the BURN!!! Especially on that one exercise on the 8 minute point! π Stay tuned for the next day! Day 2: β οΈ It burned once again π Buuut I saw that I was taking less breaks and endured more of the burn!! Even if it was just by a little bit. Day 3 tomorrow!! π Day 3: β οΈ I took NO breaks πππ I will have to say that I'm also doing other workouts along with this workout too!! Day 4:β οΈβ€ NO breaks!!! Day 5: β οΈππ«Ά I HAVE been getting a tad bit lazy on doing this workout but I'm PUSHING MYSELF THROUGH WITH STRECHES π Day 6: β οΈ Sooo sorry I haven't been editing on time daily!! Don't worry, I'm doing the workout everyday I just KEEP forgetting to edit this!! Day 7: β οΈ WOOHOO!! ONE WEEK LETS GOOO!! Day 8: β οΈ Easy peasy, and honestly I used to think that the people in the comments saying this workout was relaxing was just tripping, but now, it really is relaxing yet burning ππ Day 9: β οΈ AWESOMEEE!!! ONCE AGAIN IM SO SORRY THAT IM NOT EDITING THIS DAILY, BUT I SWEAR TO GOD I AM ACTUALLY DOING IT EVERYDAY IM JUST UPDATING IT EVERY FEW DAYSSS Day 10: β οΈ Broo I was so prepared to just NOT do the workout today but I was like.. "It's only ten minutes of my 24 hours I'll live." That's called dedication yalll At first I wanted to set the goal for a week, but now I'm gonna push a full month aka 30 days!! Day 11: β οΈ THE BURN NEVER STOPS, THE BURN NEVER GOES AWAY, THIS WORKOUT NEVER GETS EASIER I JUST GET MORE USED TO IT πͺπͺπ«Άπ«Άβ€ Day 12: β οΈ I hope this can be helpful to someone as I've been doing this, please do a lot of other stretches before and after doing any workout(s)!!! Really helps to do another day of working out Day 13: β οΈ We are ALMOST at the two week mark!! WHEW!! It feels like just last week I started this workout! I CANNOT believe it's been that long already.

Doing this for 2 weeks! I'm 130 and I have a bit of stomach fat. Keep in mind I do 2 sports. Day 1: I had to take mini breaks. It burns.π Day 2: Burned π₯ Day 3: Burned. Haven't seen any change yet. Day 4: I see a slight change, and I'm starting to see my hourglass shape.π Day 5: The workout has gotten easier. π Day 6: I'm thinking about doing 2 workouts to really achieve my goal.π Day 7: Less bloated π Day 8: I can see my hourglass figure coming back βΊ

Any other workouts I try doesn't burn but when I do any of Ms Lilly's workouts I feel the burn! <3 Honestly I love it because it lets me know it's working lol
