Beautiful, thank you. Many performers just don't understand that the exquisitely beautiful minor to major key transition at 8:26 requires an insightful and quiet touch. You did. You get Bach, just like Moran Wasser does in his 11-string classical performance of this sublime piece. Thank you Edvard.

i appreciate this being played with some gain and not a wall of digtial distortion, compressor, layers of modulation with a shred style, this feels much bigger

I've never seen this kind of classicoelectric guitar playing. It is very elegant and persistent without distortion equipment sticking to the original style of Bach. Very serious attainment. I envy you, Sir.
  • i'VE BEEN WAITING YEARS FOR SOMEONE TO PLAY THIS ON AN ELECTC GUITAR . Sounds as good as I imagined it would .

Respect. I listened to several hundreds of interpretations of the Chaconne out there, and this one is stunningly beautiful.

This should be required listening for all kids who think of picking up the electric guitar. Your video is criminally underrated, it's so good !

This is as fine a Chaconne as I’ve ever heard. I’m amazed at his ability to control the dynamic range of electric guitar and make it work so well and beautifully. Bravo!

The 1st time I watched this I just got home from a long day and was drinking a glass of scotch. After 2 sips, I’m thinking man this is really potent whiskey. I was blown away. As I watched I realized this musician is in his element…..watch him….his soul is in a different world. His brain is still commanding his nervous system to play the notes thru muscle memory but he is in a different world. He’s left his body. Absolutely beautiful Edvard. Notice the nylon string guitar head in the right background? You don’t learn something like this by picking up your electric guitar one day and learning to play TAB. He’s been playing classical for quite awhile. Great color, tone….the plectrum gives a bit different taste and contrast. Makes me appreciate Bach more listening to individual single notes by themselves or during a scale with 2 note chords or triads. Beautifully played Edvard. ALSO, a huge salute to your team. The audio was spot on. The video was perfect…with most on the subject with perfectly timed scenes of nature. Just enough to ignite the listeners imagination but not distract from the subject. It was artful to see that. Great team. All of you are talented. I see great things in your future.

Oh my Lord, this is beyond awesome! What a fantastic performance of what is arguably the greatest piece of music ever written by anybody.

the last part of this piece is just perfect, 12:55. it's amazing how Bach composed the whole piece to get there. well done

OMG- Quite the work-out for a flat-pick and the right hand (and left )! Good consistent tempo and voicings. I had low expectations but was positively surprised by this rendition and listened to the entire piece.
  • Wonderful musical interpretation of the Bach classic. Merged the gap between electric and classical guitars. Fantastic performance by memory. I listen to the Segovia version on LP often and believe that Andre would approve of this performance, even on electric guitar. Thank you for your hard work tand sharing your talent with the world. Bravo!!!

Another facet of Bach's genius. Music composed for any instrument sounds good on any other instrument. Wonderful interpretation.

Très surprenant. Très courageux Quelques libertés mais ca passe bien. Il y a de la polyphonie aussi. Il joue debout et sans distorsions presque. Très sûr de lui. Ambience, attitude et cadre respectés J'approuve. Bravo.

This is the greatest piece of music ever written and this was one of the greatest interpretations of it that I have heard in the 55 years since I have been listening to it. I was at first skeptical that it could even be played on an electric guitar. But you pulled it off spectacularly. Absolutely beautiful. Bravo!

I once thought this was impossible for an electric guitar. Now, you've fulfilled a vision I thought I'd never hear or see. Bravo ✨👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
