  • Since I only eat one meal a day I eat a Kiwi as a side during my meals. I also use Mango, Blueberries, or Raspberries. Usually one cup of each. I love Kiwi the most.
  • God bless you Dr Li. Thank you for helping millions of people & caring.

This was by far the biggest thing i took away from your first book. I now buy 2-3 packages of kiwis when I go to costo every other weeks :D
  • Thank you for presenting so much important information in such a thorough and very interesting way.
  • BTW, some Kiwi is grown in California, USA too (not just New Zealand). Has to have water to grow which the Gov at this time (NewsomeAKANuisance) doesn't want the farmers to have so tell that Gov that WE ALL need the water to get better health to grow those great foods that Dr Li talks about!

I eat kiwis when I can, but not for breakfast, mainly lunch or after dinner with other fruit. I would have thought the natural sugars in them, wasn't good for the spike that would happen that early in the morning? Keep seeing everywhere about eating savoury foods for breakfast.

I was born and raised in Hawaii. The Filipino word for moringa is kalamungay. We ate 'moringa' multiple times a week, however, the fresh, crushed leaves were also used to heal wounds. It did discolor the skin like the color of tattoo ink, but the leaves wrapped with gauze worked almost overnight.
  • Thank you so much for this incredible information! I eat according to blood groups and for my blood group O, Kiwi is not recommended. What to do ?
  • Good morning to you can you say if kiwi impact diabetics in terms of how it causes the level to rise after eating so early
  • I've been eating kiwi and found New Zealand brand at H- E- B from there. They were the best kiwi I had ever eaten. I was disappointed that I couldn't find them again. I appreciate you very much.❤
