    We can control so much by just controlling our diets. A simple diet plan is 1. Do not drink alcohol+soft drinks 2. Eat less.. control your portion. 3. Drink luke warm water instead of cold water 4. Drink lemon+water every morning before breakfast 5. Dont eat late night 6. Sleep 8 hrs.. These 6 tips will help alot(if u are lazy like me).
