ABOUT ME: I'm James Dunne, a runner, sports rehabilitation therapist (similar to physical therapist) and coach based in the UK (Norwich and London).

Since 2007 I've been working with athletes focusing specifically on helping distance runners and triathletes overcome injury and improve performance through developing their individual running technique.

Running biomechanics and physical therapy are real passions of mine. I love to help runners run strong and stay injury free.

This has been crazy helpful to me. I suspect this could be something holding me back and if not specifically this, then another form related thing. Love how you highlight the form problem, the cause/outcome and the area to work on to reduce/fix the issue. Think this could be a game changer for my way of thinking about improving my running! Thanks James! ✊
  • Thank you so much for the advice James, I’m the guy in the video and am trying to smooth running to an easy style - at 65 it’s a struggle but so good to have direction! Best wishes, John

that's a great analysis of the pelvic tilt. do you have a video for how to correct that?

I went over my training load maximum one week & legs were really janky for the next few days. Staying within the min/max band on my high volume weeks has worked a treat. It's perfect for people mixing up easy/tempo/gym cardio/trails. Don't sleep on it!

Already, I have a problem with the cadence but now i getta fix it really slow
  • If you do intervals, how do you rate the trainingload of the whole run? For example the minutes you go fast times 8 and the minutes you go slow times 3?
