I want to first say, sadly this did not help in my situation, but on the same note, I want to say thank you. I appreciate people like you who take the time to share their knowledge. Like a cold and a Dr, one remedy does not always fix the symptoms and for this I do not hold the Dr or you responsible, you have given me one thing to try that I had not done previously and I now know that it must be something else in my situation. So I will move on and try something else. As you say, ignore the hate and embrace the positive and the people you have helped. Again thank you.

  • Thanks Very Much! Spent 2 days trying to get the alarm/siren to go off at a ski area parking lot. Today, Sunday, we followed your instructions and IT WORKED!!! Thanks again, and you saved us a tow charge and a shop charge! In Central Idaho, everything is far away.
  • You have no idea how big of a help this was!!! We lost our alarm remote, and it was fine just by locking the doors from the inside till one day (which is today 😩🤦🏻‍♀️) the alarm decided to go off on us omg so embarrassing lol so there we was searching for help on the internet and we found your video, which it was so helpful, thank you so so much from my husband and i ! ☺️👍🏽

CN: Replaced battery and alarm wouldn't stop going off(I have no keyless remote), then when it did 2002 Toyota Rav4 would not do anything. Tried the procedure here in this video and it did not work. If you tried this video and it didn't work, try this exact procedure that follows. Long story short my drivers door was open as well as my hood was up(since I had just replaced battery). My vehicle had a red light/button located on the dash near the blinker switch. Step1:Locate your "button". Step2:Close all of your doors! Step3:Turn key to "accessory"(had to laugh when I heard turn your key to accelerator several times which kinda confused me for a second since the camera was pointed near accelerator) Step4:Now hold down the button for 5 seconds or so then let go of button. Cut the ignition off. Now the vehicle should start the next time you try to start it. Thanks for the video OP it did get me headed in the right direction, allthough I bet there is probably more than one person who attempted this holding down the accelerator and a few who tried this with doors open to no avail.
  • finally something that works I've been stuck in my car for 30 minutes because my car alarm won't turn off thanks man !!!

Wow, just Wow! After 4 days of messing with this truck of mine trying to figure out how to stop that annoying theft flashing and not starting I found your video. You saved me a tow/mechanic fee. I followed along and had to do it a couple of times as I didn't fully understand for sure. Had given up on fixing it and saw my blue light of death not blinking anymore - could it be??? Cranked right up!!! Thank you soooo much!

Sir, thank you very much you saved me from dying from a heart attack. I thought I messed up my Bro’s car. Lastly, not making fun but it is funny. The “ACC” is for accessory and I sorta new that’s what you meant. In either case I was pressing on the accelerator as you instructed. Then I looked closely at your video and wondered how you were pressing on the accelerator without you foot on it. A million than you Sir. God bless
  • @justinmyears
