I’ve heard this message before as it applies to all things in life but today it stuck a chord. Thanks
  • @bandit007123
Thanks Mark. I just stood up, looked out the window, rocked and listened to you latest video. Be well.

Consistency Is The Only Key To improve your eyesight. Doing rocking everyday for 5 minutes , and continue doing , when you will look at it after 3 months you will find you have progressed very well.

You bring up an important point, Mark. "It is because you did not do anything with your eyes". A body that is in motion, stays in motion. The difficulty arises from the fact that the people who have functional eyesight often are not even aware that they are using their eyes in certain way that myopes forgot how to use. As a result, myopes are struggling to consciously reteach themselves these habits. Not being aware of this might leave a recovering myope to think: "why do I have to put in the work and go through the pain of being consciously aware while THEY don't need to do anything? It is unfair! Why are they anointed and why am I cursed? It is unfair!" Doing something consciously requires concentration and will take mental resources. If a recovering myope does not find a way to lower the cost and free up those mental resources, that person will eventually give up due to the psychological toll ("it is too hard and the juice is not worth the squeeze"). The solution is in how to transition effectively without torturing yourself, since effort alone might be the road to hell paved with good intentions.

maybe an updated video about astigmatism next time? and about anisometropia (I ONLY have astigmatism on both but -1,25 difference beetween them)
  • @user-ds6bu1gy7d
Its exciting but at the same time people like high myopic like me, I have -6 with astigmatism in both eyes its hard to just throw off the glasses and forget it. I tend to rock, receive moment and mentally think about improving my eyes, tend to relax and all but after all to notice details we have to put specks again. Because its hard for me to accept and live without noticing that details

Aldous Huxley practiced old Bates Method. He used a magnifyer lens to blur the central vision. If we blur the central vision the eye will notice the peripheral vision. Plus lenses creates multi directional defocus, sometimesit will wrosen the myopia. If we, in the other hand, see clear the central near vision, without taking in consideration the periphery, the eye will create peripheral defocus and elongate the eyeball.

how much contribution you think blinking can help to improve the eyesight and I want to know if this should be natural not to blink at times or good to blink frequently. The idea behind the blinking to moisturize your eyes or clean the lens don't you think this play some role too.. I don't see you talking about blinking the eye in your free course. I tried to blink frequently it helped a bit just want to know what are your thoughts

I'm able to a lot of stinging and tearing after which I do see more clearly for a few moments. And I believe I'm even starting the notice a general improvement in visual acuity. However, after doing the exercises it seems that I'm always left with one eye defocused compared to the other. The one that is left defocused alternates. Is there any way to coordinate them better?

will the replay of this challenge also be posted for students of the advanced journey guide like the other webinar?
  • @kiana_plays4203
Hey uh, been wearing glasses without doing techniques. Progress reset. Now I cant get the ciliary to relax, should I do more distance viewing?
  • @kiana_plays4203
Update: I have been getting A LOT of random moments of tearing and stinging! I believe this is my ciliary relaxing, feeling good.
  • @kiana_plays4203
hey uh if the clarity shifts back and forth is that strain? just happened, was crystal clear, faded back to blur then back to clear
  • @kiana_plays4203
Progress is getting harder to make, keep getting forced to wear glasses, and noticed im getting less results now 😬
  • @gayatricasey6618
Hey Mark I had already taken your old webinars. Is this something new or different than those?
  • @venomsnake6412
You can’t imagine a letter correctly if you don’t add periphery and movement. You don’t have enough information. And if you open the eyes after that you always see more tridimensional
  • @Piyush-ro4et
I dont think technique is the key rather relaxing your nervous system and less chit chat (inner voice) is the key to heal your eyes .😃
