    The best abs workout in youtube. Everything in this workout is perfect: exercises, timings, music and coments. With right diet it works very good. Doing it 3 times a week for a year and i got abs. Thank you guys for this vidio. What a pitty you don't do workout videos anymore.

    It's really awesome. In a month of carantine I managed to beat this level. I can't say that I have six pack now, but my stomach is not that lazy and not hanging like a bag. Guys! Stay focused and determined! :)

    This is the only exercise routine that I can stay committed too I saw results within 2 weeks. Its gives you that sweat you need first thing in the morning. When I started this I was 195 and now about 3 months later I’m 183. 3 more pounds to my target goal! 🎉
