one of my favorite parts of the movie. Arnold saying, "cmon, lets get serious!" and "two more no matter what!"..that's motivating
  • @ajwilderness
Arnold said that Ed was one of his best training partners ever, guy put in work like no other.
  • This is pure old skool! No iPods no Iphones no instagram no FB bullsh... just working out like hell.

I did legs at the gym today. Then I saw this video. Now I wanna go again!
  • I still hear the "get serious" in my head when I think about leaving some reps on the table. 😄 Also love how he corrects the rack of the weights for him before seeing to his lifting partner. 😂

the sound of the 44lbs iron plates shaking is music to my ears. today most gyms have plastic coated plates people have headphones on while working dont talk to each other damn i miss the old days when every body friendly and helping each other in the gym.

The most impressive part of this video isn't the squats, it's when Arnold casually re-racks around 150lbs worth of plates without even flinching right at the end hahaha

"Two more, no matter what." Is what I now hear in my head towards the end of my reps. Thank you Arnold!

get serious! i wanna see 2 more..no matter what! Arnold is the man!
  • the way he talk to his partner- almost impatient, like "your weak, come on, I don't have time for this!" That must be how he talked to himself to achieve greatness

Ed is one of my favorite bodybuilders. I just admired his style and friendly nature.

these are the years where people actually trained and didn't take pictures for instagram while training

RIP to a Legend. He was a Great Poser and such a Beast on the Squat Rack.

I always loved that Arnie towels off vigorously after spotting haha

I had the honor of hanging out with Ed Corney in 1999 at a Jan Tana Booth in Arnold Classics. One of the most humble down the Earth people I've ever talked to. I was 21 and felt like I was talking about war stories with my Uncle. We talked about this scene. Really cool hearing the stories of the old days.
