Glad to see a closed off kitchen. So tired of seeing kitchens that are open to the living room. And a laundry room/mud room is an absolute must - just about the most important room in the house. I'd give up the walk-in closet and half the space in the master bedroom to enlarge that laundry room. Add a half-bath off the hall and this is IT.

So lovely 😍 and perfect 💖. I like that the kitchen and living room is upfront and the bath and bedrooms are in the back of the house. The wrap around porch is the best 👌.

Huge fan of closed kitchen versus open concept found in most home designs today. Practical kitchen, proper hood. Personally would stretch design 5 ft both ways. Move laundry into bath, giving you a mud room with pantry, chest freezer, utility closet. Squeeze in 1/2 bathroom. Expand bedrooms for desk/work table, safe and reading nook in master.

Absolutely the most gorgeous home, my perfect home. Love the high ceilings, the foyer, the laundry ( although I would have to put in a laundry tub)the one I would build if I win Lotto.

I love love love this design. I look at your designs almost every day and this is the best one I have seen yet. The kitchen is perfect for me, not only for the size but because you added space for the dishwasher which is a must for me. Lol. There’s a lot of storage throughout, which I love. I especially love the shelving in the master closet. One of your best. good job.

Love this! Just needs a half bath, make the wood stove a double sided fireplace on the outside wall so the porch has a fireplace as well ❤

Beautiful little house. Great layout, lots of storage. Don't like that the kitchen sink is off-centre though. That would drive nuts 😂

This is a beautiful home, only downside is, it needs a second bathroom. Other than that, it is the perfect home. Lastly, I love love the wrap around porch! My dream home!
