About KINGDOM HEARTS TIMELINE:
KINGDOM HEARTS TIMELINE is an incredibly massive project I've been wanting to do forever. The only thing that was stopping me from actually working on it was the still-incomplete plot of the χ[chi] portion of the whole saga, which is also the most confusing one. However, I did want to deliver this before the release of KINGDOM HEARTS 3, so we could have the perfect road to the final chapter of the Xehanort saga at our disposal and relive, together, all of the chapters in a definitive and never-seen-before way.
KINGDOM HEARTS TIMELINE is, in fact, different by any other playthroughs or projects around because it is composed of all the Kingdom Hearts titles released so far placed in chronological order. Beware – the events are actually settled chronologically. Which means that every single cutscene and/or gameplay part will follow the exact order of the events of the saga. For instance, the birth of Vanitas will be shown before the Mark of Mastery exam, and so on.
Every episode will start with a screen showing a complete timeline I created purposely for this project.
KINGDOM HEARTS TIMELINE doesn't want to be a simple movie made of cutscenes. If It were to be like that, there wouldn't be anything special about it. This project actually started as a playthrough, giving, of course, priority to story content.
Sitting and watching a 25 minutes video made of cutscenes we've been watching for a decade is just as boring as anything else. Gameplay bits have been thoughtfully placed to make sure you won't fall asleep when watching, giving their contribute for a more immersive experience. They are necessary for keeping people interested and entertained in a never-seen-before way to re-live the saga, watching multiple characters fighting at the same time, as well as showcasing the worlds and the variety of enemies we'll encounter through all the titles.
Finding the right balance is not easy and not always possible –due to countless technical restrictions related to music, episode length and such– just as it's not easy having everyone thinking alike. Of course, I can't make everyone happy, but I did want to point this out.
Lastly, I want you guys to know that the amount of effort being put for this is massive. There are countless hours of work and dedication I've spent (and still spending) for this, for something we all love and care about. My channel is, after all, always been made of this – content that will grant you one of the best levels of knowledge and enjoyment of the Kingdom Hearts saga – and, as much as it's stressful having to translate every Japanese Union χ [Cross] episode, I still do that to deliver the latest story updates of the saga for you.
My main goal is working as much professionally as I can and add details where normally people wouldn't add. Not liking a content is totally fine, whereas insulting and posting offensive comment is not. There is nothing worse than spending your own time to show dedication for something we all love and see offensive reactions coming back at you. For this whole project to be completed, suggestions and questions coming from fans are well accepted and needed. I'm truly honored to present Episode 100 as the 1000 Heartless episode. This is a very important goal to me, as all of the 99 episodes have been prepared in order to release this fight right at the 100th episode... I'm so moved of the final result and I couldn't have done this without you... Actually all of I've just said is a lie. The best part of the 100th episode: you shortened the scene where Xemnas walks down to the Chamber of Repose

You've played too much Birth By Sleep when you see the 1k Heartless battle and think "You know... One Megaflare and that's done and done.".

Mickey: Has darkness resistant cloak. Takes it off in rage. Xemnas: Makes dark portal, but Mickey jumps in. The only time Mickey would ACTUALLY have a use for it in the series, he doesn't. 🤔

That cloud and squall/leon cutscene is still one of my favorites of all time. So iconic for no reason other than wow two badasses are really back to back right now. Love it so much.

The way Mickey says "They'll pay for this!", after he thinks he just saw Goofy die, still gives me chills. RIP Wayne Allwine, the best Mickey voice actor there ever was.

Man, 100 Episodes. I remember when this series started and I did not expect the level of work you've put into this. You have done some truly impressive things in these videos and elevated key moments in the series above what they were in their original games. Making it this far is a fantastic achievement and this puts in perspective just how much happens before this key moment in Kingdom Hearts II. Good job, Everglow! Your content is consistently amazing and I look forward to the rest of the timeline!

This was EASILY the best part in this ENTIRE GAME! The twist about Ansem & Xehanort, the FF cameos, the Demyx fight, & the 1000 Heartless. This visit raised the stakes 1000x times over and made the game feel even more badass.

This has to always be my favorite world, it was like a peaceful, heavenly world in Birth by Sleep, but turned into a mysterious bastion of heartless in Kingdom Hearts 1, then on its recovery in Kingdom Hearts 2, it was invaded by the heartless and the organization but it was yet surviving a war that requires so much sacrifice. Radiant Garden will always be my number 1 for all of those unforgettable events

Boy, I can't wait for KH3 for the battle of 3000 enemies between Heartless, Nobodies and Unversed. Also 20:38 I do wonder if Demyx knew...

This is a great episode and I love the part with the chamber where xemnas is talking to aquas armor it must mean Terra is trying to break through

How fitting that at this part of the game would be episode 100 because of godlike this entire section is! I think we can all agree that this is one of the best parts of KHII!

When I reach this point the first time I played Kingdom Hearts 2, back when it was a PS2 game, I knew without a doubt that this would've become one of, if not, the most memorable moment in the history of the Kingdom Hearts series: the fight against Demyx (although this was, for me, a big stone in my foot), Goofy's sacrifice (I didn't knew at that time he had Disney plot armour), the Heartless fights along with the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee and, finally, the 1000 Heartless (I never believe I was able to fight against so many enemies all on my own). This was the perfect way to celebrate the 100th episode of your project. Congratulations, and keep believing that you'll be able to achieve your goal before the release of KH3. PS: if Sora at that time fought against 1000 Heartless all on his own, I wonder how many can appear at the final battle in KH3...
