oh you forgot Change your address block them from social media change your social accounts (if blocking them doesnt work) DO not go back wanting a second chance get cameras for your knew house make sure they are not showing up to your work place Move.....yep move to a new country ,planet even (jk) Get them mental help (from afar distance dont go near them ,like send mial from a public location) move on

I’ve had an abusive partner who has physically and sexually harmed me. It’s a good thing that I left him. Because it was so toxic that I began to wonder: “Will I survive if I stay with him”?

If you are in a abusive relationship you should Leave....Its hard, sometimes you feel traped but you can`t let it put you down.....Use the internet,find a good job follow your passions aand it will be fine :-)...,Eat healthy,stay calm and don`t let the messed up situation drive you mad! ;-)

My mom was in this kind of realation ship with my dad. He even tried to hurt me and my brother. Luckily, my parets are divorced.

One of my friends was in a abusive relationship and she didn't tell anyone for almost a year. She finally got rid of him and now he's moved out of the state
