as a hetero male, and an older one to boot, I just want to tell you that you are beautiful, intelligent, and I'm glad you were able to finally be you. Thank you for giving all of us an education on transgender, so that we may better understand and accept everyone for who they are, not who others think they should be.

I just saw your video, I’m a grandma 👵 and still learning about the transition and the courage that kids like you need to have. Thank you to give me the opportunity to learn from your experiences. You are so beautiful! My favorite thing about watching transition videos is watching the person literally blossoming over time. You can see that sparkle begin to to shine in them when they start living as their true self. It's soooooo beautiful. I'm happy that you can finally be happy as your true self.

I didn't understand why this video was making me emotional then I realized it was the very first video of Maya I ever watched! It's amazing to see how much she's grown and have more context to all she's been through. I have been watching Maya for the last 5 years and will surely continue for many more! As a mother it literally hurts my heart that you had to live for so long uncomfortable in your body. I will always support my son in any life decisions that he makes (positive of course) I’m happy that your happy ❤️

I just realize while watching this how lucky i am to be born on my own "skin" and never felt i wanted to be someone else but couldn't, i can't imagine how hard it must been for you and other people who goes through this and how brave you are to go through this journey. I'm gay, but I find this growing up experience very relatable! You bringing up mcdonalds...I remember being in the drive-thru at mcdonalds as a kid and just praying they make a mistake and give me the "girl toy." We would all be so much better off if we stop putting expectations on others about things that are really inconsequential to everyone but the person making those decisions and their own life.

I would love to see another transition timeline!!!! I loved the first one. In fact, that very video is the one that finally led me to not only subscribe, but to be more open minded and accepting. Thanks to you, I realize that trans women and trans men are no different than people of that biological sex. I admire you and your channel. Thank you! You are (and should) be an inspiration to everybody in this day and age! Bravo! There really is not much "transition". You can see that who you "were" and who you "are" ~ one and the same. A beautiful person.
