Aliexpress Scam counterfeit cycling goods.

This year I thought I'd give it another go, things have gone from worse to bad. There are several ways that they are scamming westerners now sellers and aliexpress themselves. They have a loop where you make report a counterfeit item then it sends you an email back saying to make a complaint. No one actually reads it, even after I've been sent counterfeit items, reported it, spoke with the service rep the items continued to be sold. They have mindless workers that have 0 power to do anything about your order. They are trained to break you down with stupidly so you don't get a refund. I recently bought a couple jerseys, both appear to be legit in the listing and when they arrive total crap. They refund one based on solid "evidence" then ask for the other to be shipped back, these are both from the same seller and order. Thing is the want me to pay the shipping which costs more than the item! What kinda scam is it where it cost $1-2 to send from China but $25 to send it back? But they continued to state the most illogical thing like "this is our policy and the order will be closed, the seller will get paid if you don't send it back with tracking" The item was falsely listed in the first place now the buyer is punished. I feel bad for the reputation they are giving to honest Chinese sellers and people, it's creating a stereotype mentality we don't want need to have.
