  • Is that possible mam after reducing 8kg weight but after 3 -4days ur 1kg weight increase .....i have suffering this ....like i reduce 8kg weight but after 3-4days when i was on weighting machine my weight is 1kg increase ....i am very depressed 😢

    Love your channel! I had a surgery 2 years ago where I have weakness in my left femur so I can't go on my knees or jump, etc as my quad is very weak due to nerve weakness. But I have to lose weight and I carry so much weight and fat in my belly. I don't want to do surgery. Can you suggest some workouts that's easy on the knees, quads? Thanks.
