He went and played for Man United and was the best player there, so he moved to Man City and was the best player there — Aguero often cites him as the best he ever played with, the player KDB could have been. He moved to Real Madrid and was the best player there, won 8 of his 11 Balon d'Or awards there. He then played for England and was the best player there, keeping Gerrard out of the side. After 130 caps and 148 goals for England he defected to Brazil's national team and was the best player there. He then changed career and won the Snooker Masters with 9 consecutive 147 breaks in the final, he was the best player there. He then entered Mr Universe and won that, he was the best competitor there. Then he became President of the US and was the best ever, he figured out a way to solve all the financial issues of the world and stopped all the wars as we all lived in peace and affluence. Possibly the cherry on the cake was when O'Hara built a time machine and took Adolf Hitler under his wing, making him a messenger for peace, hence the esteem he's now held in... If he hadn't told us we wouldn't have known. Then he knocked out Tyson Fury, Usyk, AJ and a cloned, prime Mike Tyson in the same afternoon without any training. He got paid £800bn for his appearance on Big Brother and donated it all to medical research, which allowed cures for every single disease to be discovered. Amazing that he's so humble about all of this.

There is no good age but 17 is a tough tough age to lose your mum. Sorry to hear that Jamie. We all make mistakes mates, yours were just in the public eye due to your job. Appreciate the honesty though this was a good listen. All 17/18 year olds think they know best lad!
  • Honestly this was one of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened to from an ex-pro. Tells it how it is, and brutally honest. As football fans, isn’t that exactly what we want to hear? Too much now we receive watered-down generic bullshit from players that doesn’t tell us anything. I could have happily listened to another 2 hours of this podcast.

Loved every single minute of it! Thanks for making this show. Great to hear from Jamie about his career. Honest lad. I just hope he is going to take off with his new found passion. Best wishes from a Spurs fan.

This is a brilliant Chanel. You do a fantastic job in interviewing but letting them speak, and not making it all about yourself. I’m gobsmacked you have only 12.7 subscribers, this channel deserves (and will be) a 100,000 plus. Keep up the great content, Ben!

O'Hara has done good. He owned both the good and the bad of his career. The fact a 17 year old who lost his mother at a time he was still developing and still achieved what he did in the game and life yet still became the man he has become speaks volumes.

2005–2011-Tottenham Hotspur 34 appearances 2006-2011 Loaned out to- chesterfield, millwall, Portsmouth and Wolverhampton. Making a total of 69 appearances in five years. 2011-2014 Wolverhampton making 41 appearances for the championship side. 2014-2015- Blackpool 27 appearances for the championship side. 2015-2016 Fulham with 37 appearances for the championship side. 2016-Gillingham a league one side for which he made 2 appearances. 2017-2020 Billericay 47 appearances… So when was it Real Madrid thought you were ever good enough to make a bid for you. What a load of BS from the man himself. Laughable. Jaime (I had trials you knOw) Hara Yep that’s all they were extended trials.
